Personal Awareness Coaching

Coaching based on ‘mindfulness’

This coaching programme introduces and develops the concept of mindfulness, what it is, and what it isn’t and also the technique of learning to ‘notice what you’re noticing’ so you can more easily be aware of yourself and what’s going on around you.

This coaching may take two or three sessions with a 1 hour follow up one month later.

Personal Development Coaching

General ‘personal growth’ or ‘life’ coaching

This open ended coaching introduces and develops the concept of life coaching and personal development, what it is, and what it isn’t and how you can use these techniques to develop your personal lifestyle through goal setting and other techniques.

This is a twelve month programme with monthly sessions of around an hour each. It can be structured for a shorter period if appropriate. The payment covers the first session and will be recur monthly

Mindset Coaching

Based on the book ‘Mindset’ by Dr. Carol S Dweck

The first coaching session introduces and develops the concept of the ‘fixed’ and ‘growth’ mindsets, what what they are, how you can identify the mindset traits, how they develop and how you can move towards a growth mindset. The following two sessions focus on putting the theory into practice.

There’s no structured course associated with this coaching but there is a workbook you will be given access to after your first session.

Half Day Coaching Session

A Half Day session to address your specific question

This 4 Hour coaching session is designed to provide you with ‘answers’ to your specific or non-specific questions about anything in your life.

There is no specific structure and the form of the coaching will follow whatever you need to gain clarity on.

It provides an alterative to weekly coaching sessions and is aimed at ‘dealing’ with an issue more rapidly and to attend to matters which are not yet at ‘crisis’ level but typically to address the question “I not sure what to do next’

The half-day is supplemented by a follow up hour of coaching after 1 month and again after 3 months included in the price

Depending on what we’re dealing with  we may start with a series of three sessions of around an hour each. Depending on the nature of the assignment these will normally take place weekly but can be more frequent. or structured differently according to your needs.

General Business Coaching

A coaching programme to address your specific requirements

Unlike many business coaches we don’t coach to a ‘formula’ imposing processes which may not be appropriate to you unique business. This general coaching deals with issues you have already discovered and helps you find other which may be ‘hiding’ – there’s an old adage that when you fix something another ‘problem’ appears – we help you cope with this.

There is no specific structure and the form of the coaching will follow whatever you need to gain clarity on.

Over a period of three months there are 12 weekly 90 minute sessions suitable for an individual or a small team. The period may be extended if required.

Full Day Coaching Session

A Full Day session to address your specific requirements

This 7+ Hour coaching session is designed to provide you with ‘answers’ to your specific or non-specific questions about anything in your life or business

There is no specific structure and the form of the coaching will follow whatever you need to gain clarity on.

It provides an alterative to weekly coaching sessions and is aimed at ‘dealing’ with an issue more rapidly and to attend to matters which are not yet at ‘crisis’ level but typically to address the question “I not sure what to do next’
