This 6 week coaching programme is designed to  prepare you for and take you through any major change you may be encountering in your life or business. This could be to do with any aspect of your life, health, relationships, communities, career and more so it’s advisable to discuss things in advance.

We’ll start whenever possible at least 3 weeks before the change and carry on for three weeks afterwards although these times may be different according to the situation.

This coaching can be carried out for an individual or small coherent group and again we should have a preliminary chat to discuss this as there may be a ‘price per person’ rather than an overall fee – it depends.
