This 90 minute plus coaching session introduces and develops understanding of energy and vibration. Everything is energy and we can often find ourselves ‘out of tune’ with ourselves and others.

This programme helps you identify what you can do in this context to improve your situation in all domains of life by aligning  and recharging your personal energy centres. It will normally lead to a recommendation on various techniques or therapies you may wish to take up.

There’s no course or workbook associated with this coaching which is likely to require more than one session. (The price quoted is for the first session)
