Personal Business Creation System (PBCS)

Supplementary Coaching for the ‘PBCS’, a 9 module programme taking you from thinking about starting your own business right up to launching the business. It can be used to start a brand new business or restarting/’rebooting’ an existing business.

It’s designed specifically for ‘personal’ businesses owned and operated by not more than two people. Once your business starts to grow we will recommend other advisors to help you with that. The system does not include integrated coaching but the workbook will recommend coaching sessions at the end of each module. Should you choose to purchase the system without coaching you can add it later here.

This is a detailed programme taking you through the process of setting up a formal Personal Business. It is based on the book ‘How to Set Up Your Own Personal Business’ by Ben Coker and is available in both offline (using printed workbooks) and online forms accompanied by optional levels of coaching

Payment for this programme is normally taken in three monthly instalments starting at the beginning of week one.
