This 90 minute plus coaching session follows your completing the  ‘Four Domains Workbook’ during the ‘Four by Forward’ course.

It will help you to more fully understand the concept of the four domains of life and how you can effectively utilise it and will focus on the workbook which will be discussed and developed during the coaching session.
